§ 155.02 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   HERITAGE PRESERVATION SITE. Any area, place, building, structure, lands, districts or other objects, which have been duly designated heritage preservation sites by this Commission and the City Council.
