§ 133.05 POSSESSION AND SALE OF FIREWORKS.
   It is unlawful for any person to sell, or have in possession, for any purpose other than as allowed in § 133.04(B), any firecrackers, rockets or other fireworks, unless approved by Minnesota State Statutes.
