(A) The Skate Park operating hours are from 9:00 a.m. to sunset.
(B) Only skateboards and in-line skates are allowed. No bicycles or motorized vehicles are allowed.
(C) No amplified music, boom boxes or similar devices are allowed.
(D) No food, beverages, glass containers, or use of tobacco products are allowed on the facility within the fence line.
(E) No ramps, jumps, or other similar equipment other than that installed by the Park Department are allowed on the facility.
(F) No profanity is allowed on the facility or Oak Park premises.
(G) The Park Board may establish other rules or regulations for the use of the facility and such rules shall be posted at the facility.
