§ 95.29 REGULATION OF DANGEROUS DOGS.
   The city shall, by reference, adopt the provisions of M.S. §§ 347.50 through 347.55 with respect to the regulation of dangerous dogs. Where state statute makes reference to "county" regulating authority it is the intention of the City of Waseca to adopt a reference to "city" regulating authority.
