§ 91.23 VISIBILITY AT STREET INTERSECTIONS.
   On corner lots (including rural areas), nothing shall be placed or allowed to grow in such a manner as materially to impede vision between a height of two and one-half and ten feet above the centerline grades of the intersecting streets within the shaded area of the clear sight triangle shown below. The point of intersection dimensions shown are based upon the projected intersection of the gutter lines in the case of urban design sections, or the outside edge of the projected intersection of the designated shoulders in the case of rural design sections, or in the case of combination urban and rural design sections, the projected intersection of the gutter line and the projected outside edge of the shoulder.
