§ 71.09 PRIVATE PARKING LOTS AND ROADWAYS.
   (A)   Any roadway or parking lot used by the public as a street for public traffic or parking shall be considered "open to the public" for the purposes of this section.
   (B)   Parking of vehicles on private parking lots shall conform to the markings or stalls or positions for parking designated on the surface of the parking area and no vehicle shall be parked or allowed to stand in any area of such parking lot which has been designated or is used for a lane for moving traffic.
   (C)   Any person involved in a collision between the vehicle they are driving and any other vehicle parked on a private roadway or parking lot open to the public shall leave a notice upon each unattended vehicle with which they have collided, giving their name, address and vehicle license number.
