§ 151.087 SPECIFICATIONS AND INSPECTIONS.
   Public improvements shall conform to engineering standards and specifications as required by the City Council. The Director of Engineering shall inspect the improvements. The improvements shall be subject to Director of Engineering approval and shall be made in sequence as he or she determines.
