(A) The Building Inspector, Fire Chief or other designated officer or their respective agents or employees shall inspect all premises and places within the city as often as a practicable to determine if any new conditions described herein exist thereon. They shall investigate and report incidents of hazardous buildings to the Council.
(B) The Building Inspector, Fire Chief or other designated officer or their respective agents or employees may enter upon private premises at any reasonable time for the purpose of carrying out any of the duties assigned to them hereunder.
(C) The Building Inspector, Fire Chief or other designated officer or their respective agents or employees upon finding a hazardous building, shall immediately report their findings to the Council.
