(A) It is unlawful to place an ice fishing structure on a city lake with unattached non-buoyant material used to support or raise the structure from the ice.
(B) It is unlawful for any person to place or use an ice fishing structure on a city lake without a receptacle designed for, and capable of containing trash inside the structure or within a distance of five feet.
