§ 131.01 PRIVATE DOCKS.

It is unlawful for any person to cause or permit any dock, boat lift, mooring, boat, raft or similar equipment or structures to be attached to city land or to be placed in a lake within 100 feet, as measured at right angles to the city shoreline.
