An application for the renewal of an existing license shall be made to the Records Administrative Secretary at least 30, but no more than 60, days prior to the expiration date of the license and shall be made on such forms as the issuing authority requires. Applications for renewal of a pawnbroker license shall be submitted by the Secretary to the City Council in the same manner as for a new license.
