§ 122.21 INVESTIGATION.
   (A)   The Police Department shall investigate into the truthfulness of the statement set forth in the application and shall endorse the findings thereon.
   (B)   The applicant must furnish the Police Department such evidence as the Department may reasonably require in support of the statement set forth in the application.
