§ 117.21 LICENSE REQUIRED; APPLICATION.

(A) No person or organization shall conduct bingo without a valid license issued by the State Gambling Control Board unless license request is exempt under State Gambling Board rules governing bingo.

(B) Application shall be made to the State Gambling Control Board. The city shall receive notice and copy of the application and reserves the right to deny issuance of a state issued bingo license in the city through the Gambling Control Board.
