For the purpose of this chapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
PARK. A park, playground, lake, trail, nature area or public open space within the city. It shall also mean any other property owned, leased, used or controlled, wholly or in part, by the city for park and recreation use.
