§ 94.39 MAPPING DATA.
   (A)   Each right-of-way user shall provide mapping information in digital format as required by the Director in accordance with PUC Rules Part 7819.4000, subpart 2, as follows: location and approximate depth of applicant’s mains, cables, conduits, switches and related equipment and facilities, with the location based on:
      (1)   Offsets from property lines, distances from the centerline of the public right-of-way and curb lines and ties to a coordinate system as determined by the city;
      (2)   The type and size of the utility facility; and
      (3)   A description showing above ground appurtenances.
   (B)   (1)   Although not required by PUC rules to submit digital data in a format required by the city. The city shall bill the right-of-way user a fee to include all costs to convert the data furnished by the right-of-way user to a format currently in use by the city.
      (2)   The costs shall be considered part of the permit costs and billed following determination of the costs.
   (C)   The right-of-way user shall provide the city with existing data on its existing facilities when required by the Director.
   (D)   At the request of any registrant, any information requested by the Director, which qualifies as a “trade-secret” under M.S. § 13.37(b), as it may be amended from time to time, shall be treated as trade secret information as detailed therein.
