§ 94.04 IDENTIFIABLE ADDRESS.
   (A)   (1)   Every principal residential building shall be identified with its legal street address in numerical form. The numerals shall be at least four inches in height, and either contrasting in color from the principal building, made of reflective material or illuminated. The numerals (street numbers) which shall be readable from the nearest adjacent roadway serving the premises.
      (2)   Should the building numerals not be visible from the roadway, an address post displaying the identification numerals of the same minimum height shall be placed adjacent to the driveway in a manner as to be readable from the roadway.
   (B)   Numerals identifying street addresses for commercial and industrial buildings, including multiple-family dwellings shall be a minimum of six inches high and shall comply with the other requirements of division (A) above. All buildings having multiple street addresses shall be required to identify rear door entrances in the same manner as main entrances.
   (C)   No property owner will be subject to prosecution for violation of this section until after two written warnings have been sent to them by a representative of the city.
