§ 93.01 FIRE PREVENTION; ESCAPE PLAN.
   (A)   Every structure or part thereof rented as a dwelling containing four units or more shall conform to the requirements of this section regardless of when the structure may have been constructed or repaired, except dormitories owned and controlled by an established educational institution and motel or hotel rooms customarily rented for one night only.
   (B)   (1)   Every owner or agent thereof shall have a fire prevention and escape plan which shall include the following:
         (a)   Smoking regulations;
         (b)   Provision for the storage of flammable liquids;
         (c)   Fire extinguisher locations;
         (d)   Fire door identification and operating instructions; and
         (e)   Fire escape routes and alternate routes where applicable.
      (2)   The plan shall be given to each tenant and shall be available to city officials at all reasonable times.
