(A) Licensed haulers are required to follow all city ordinances and traffic laws in the course of providing services.
(B) All haulers, including their employees or contractors, who fail to meet these requirements will be subject to the following disciplinary action.
(1) A verbal warning will be issued to the hauler after the first violation. A written warning will be issued to the hauler after the first violation.
(2) A written warning will be issued to the hauler and a fine of $250 will be imposed. Failure to pay a fine may result in the revocation of a license by the City Council.
(3) At the time of a third violation, the hauler's license will be recommended for revocation by the City Council.
(C) Violations of city ordinances or traffic laws by haulers while providing hauling services may be grounds for denial of a hauler’s license.
