(A) No person shall consume, nor shall any on-sale licensee permit any consumption of, intoxicating liquor or 3.2% malt liquor in an on-sale licensed premises more than 30 minutes after the time when a sale can legally occur.
(B) No on-sale licensee shall permit any glass, bottle, or other container containing intoxicating liquor or 3.2% malt liquor to remain upon any table, bar, stool, or other place where customers are served, more than 30 minutes after the time when a sale can legally occur.
(C) No person, other than the licensee and any employee, shall remain on the on-sale licensed premises more than 30 minutes after the time when a sale can legally occur.
(D) Any violation of any condition of this chapter may be grounds for penalty, revocation or suspension of the license, or any combination thereof.
(E) No open container with an alcoholic beverage shall be allowed in an on-sale establishment between 15 minutes after the hour of termination of sale and the hour when sale of alcoholic beverages may commence under state law. For purposes of this section, an OPEN CONTAINER shall mean a bottle, can, glass, cup or mug designed or used for individual consumption of beverages and/or a pitcher, and shall not refer to a large container not delivered for use by the retail consumer or a container kept in a bar area accessed only by employees of the establishment.
(F) All off-sale stock located on premises for which both an on-sale and an off-sale license have been issued shall be maintained apart from on-sale liquor stock, and shall be closed off and secured against access for any retail business purpose except during those hours when off-sale transactions are permitted.
(G) Off-sale purchases must be removed from the premises during the off-sale hours. This applies to all off-sale license holders, including combination on-off-sale licenses. For the purpose of allowing refrigeration of 3.2% malt liquor kegs, arrangements may be made with the Police Department for removal of kegs between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. on the days during which sales are not allowed if the sale is confirmed during business hours.
