§ 113.14 TRANSFER OF LICENSE.
   No license issued pursuant to this chapter shall be transferable by the licensee to another person, firm or corporation. No license shall be transferable to a different location, except with the prior consent of the City Council, and upon payment of the fee for a duplicate license as provided herein.
