§ 91.20 NOISE, ODOR AND THE LIKE.
   (A)   No noise, odors, vibration, smoke, air pollution, liquid or solid wastes, heat, glare, dust or other adverse influences shall be permitted in any district that will in any way have an objectionable effect upon adjacent or nearby property. All wastes in all districts shall be disposed of in a manner that is not dangerous to public health and safety nor will damage public waste transmission or disposal facilities. No uses of property shall be permitted that cause public nuisance conditions.
   (B)   Measurements of noise shall not exceed the minimum noise requirements by state noise statutes set forth is Minn. Rules Ch. 7030, as it may be amended from time to time.
   (C)   The following vibrations are prohibited:
      (1)   Any vibration discernible (beyond property line) to the human sense of feeling for three minutes or more duration in any one hour; and/or
      (2)   Any vibration resulting in any combination of amplitudes and frequencies beyond the “safe” range of most current standards of the U.S. Bureau of Mines on any structure.
