(A) Purpose. The B-3 District is intended to allow small retail and/or service businesses that deal directly with the consumer, are compatible with nearby residential neighborhoods and are designed to minimize adverse effects on housing.

(F) Commercial driveways shall be a maximum of 28 feet in width at the property line if two lanes, a maximum of 36 feet in width at the property line if three lanes and shall have a maximum slope of 10%. The City Engineer may, at their discretion, allow adjustments to commercial driveways widths, flares, or radii to accommodate large trucks.
