It is unlawful for any person to leave or park a manufactured home, mobile home, travel trailer or other vehicle which can be towed and which is primarily designed for permanent or temporary living accommodations on or within the limits of any street or right-of-way, except where signs are erected designating the place as a campsite, for more than six hours.
