(F) Industrial driveways shall be a maximum of 28 feet in width at the property of two lanes, a maximum of 36 feet in width at the property line if three lanes and shall have a maximum slope of 10%. The City Engineer may, at their discretion, allow adjustments to industrial driveway widths, flares, or radii to accommodate large trucks.
