§ 111.02 LICENSE REQUIRED.

No person shall directly or indirectly or by means of any device keep for retail sale, sell at retail or otherwise dispense for profit or gain any licensed products at any place in the city, unless a license therefor shall first have been obtained as provided in this chapter.
