§ 55.06 EXEMPTIONS.
   The following land uses are exempt from the surface water utility fee.
   (A)   Cemeteries.
   (B)   Public right-of-way.
   (C)   Lakes and wetlands.
   (D)   Railroads.
   (E)   Agricultural without a home.
   (F)   Undeveloped land with no impervious surface coverage.
