§ 37.21 ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY.
   (A)   Purpose. The Economic Development Authority was established by the city to take action on economic development programs for businesses and industries in the city. The Economic Development Authority was established by City Council resolution that was adopted on November 18, 1997; and amended on January 16, 2001 and April 2, 2013.
   (B)   Membership. The Economic Development Authority consists of seven commissioners, all of whom are appointed as prescribed by M.S. § 469.095, Subd. 2, as it may be amended from time to time, for six-year terms. Each member must reside within city limits. Two Economic Development Authority commissioners must be members of the City Council.
