§ 37.17 HERITAGE PRESERVATION COMMISSION.
   The city established a Heritage Preservation Commission on April 15, 2008, pursuant to M.S. § 471.193. The Heritage Preservation Commission shall have the responsibilities and duties as set forth in Ch. 155.
