(A) Purpose. The Joint Airport Zoning Board to have and exercise the following powers: the power to administer and enforce airport zoning regulations applicable to the airport hazard area in, on or about any airport owned and controlled by the city and the airport hazard area appertaining to the airport located outside the territorial limits of the city pursuant to M.S. § 360.063, as it may be amended from time to time.
(B) Membership. Joint Airport Zoning Board shall have as members two representatives appointed by the city and two representatives from the county and, in addition, the Chairperson elected by a majority of the members so appointed.
