The following fee categories shall be established, and the City Council shall establish individual fees within these categories and fee amounts adopted by resolution by the City Council, and may be amended from time-to-time as necessary.
(A) General licenses/permits for the following:
(1) Cigarettes,
(2) Tobacco products,
(3) Electronic delivery devices,
(4) Peddler permit,
(5) Solicitor permit,
(6) Transient merchant permits,
(7) Investigative fee,
(8) Taxicabs (per cab),
(9) Garbage haulers,
(10) Duplicate license;
(B) Beer/liquor licenses;
(C) Rental housing permit fees;
(D) Building permit/inspection fees;
(E) False alarm responses (Police/Fire/both) fees;
(F) Community development/planning and zoning/economic development fees;
(G) Miscellaneous other fees/charges for the following: special assessment searches, dishonored checks;
(H) Parks reservation/shelter, pavilion and city facility rental/miscellaneous park fees;
(I) Police Department fees and administrative fines;
(J) Violation of City Code fees and fines;
(K) Animal license fees;
(L) Animal impound fees;
(M) PEG access channel fees;
(N) Water park fees;
(O) Maps - printing and copying fees;
(P) Utility billing fees;
(Q) Distributed generation fees;
(R) Equipment billable rate fees.
