§ 34.01 POLICE DEPARTMENT FEES.

   (A)   The Police Department shall charge fees for the following services:

      (1)   Pre-employment criminal history checks;

      (2)   Drivers license checks; and

      (3)   Copies of police reports.

   (B)   Fees charged for the services shall be determined by the City Council.
