§ 116.99 VIOLATION.

Any violation of this chapter shall be considered a misdemeanor. Punishment shall be $1,000 fine/90 days in jail. In addition to bringing criminal charges for violation of this chapter, the city may seek a civil injunction against any licensee or occupant who violates any terms of this chapter.
