§ 152.99 PENALTY.

(A) Any person, firm, or corporation who violates the provisions of this chapter, shall upon conviction be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not exceeding $50 or imprisoned not exceeding 30 days.

(B) Each day that violation continues to exist shall be considered a separate offense.
