(A) Fees for permits shall be based upon the total estimated cost of the proposed work, including all sub-contracts if any, but in no case shall the total estimated cost be less than the market value of similar completed work in the town as determined by the appropriate inspector or inspectors.
(B) Permit fees shall be as follows:
(1) Building permit fees (see schedule of fees in the office of the Building Inspector);
(2) Plumbing permit fees (see schedule of fees in the office of the Plumbing Inspector);
(3) Heating and air conditioning permit fees (see schedule of fees in the office of the Heating and Air Conditioning Inspector); and
(4) Electrical permit fees (see schedule of fees in the office of the Electrical Inspector).
