Any person applying for a permit shall provide the Town Clerk with his or her name, address, the name of any group or organization whom he or she represents, the type of businesses engaged in, people whom he or she wishes to solicit from or peddle items of merchandise to, and the purpose of any solicitation or selling of merchandise.
