§ 113.01  PERMIT REQUIRED.
   The solicitation of contributions from the public for any charitable or eleemosynary purpose, and the selling and peddling of merchandise or other items by itinerant merchants, salespersons, promoters and peddlers is prohibited without first having obtained a permit from the Town of Warsaw.
