(A) Whoever violates any provisions of this chapter for which another penalty is not already herein provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
(B) It shall be unlawful and constitute a misdemeanor for any person to violate any provision of §§ 95.01 through 95.04. Any violation may be punished by a fine of not more than $50 or by imprisonment for not more than 30 days. Violations affecting each tree, shrub or plant shall constitute a distinct and separate offense.
