§ 94.16  FAILURE TO TRIM; COSTS A LIEN.
   (A)   If the weeds or other noxious growth are not cut within 30 days after written notice from the town, in compliance with this section, the town may cause the weeds, or other noxious growth to be cut and a cost thereof shall be a lien against the property.
   (B)   Notice shall be sufficient in the form of a letter from the town to the owner or person in possession of the property.
