(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) Any violation of § 51.25 shall constitute a misdemeanor and shall be punishable by a fine of not more than $50 or imprisonment for not more than 30 days.

(C) (1) Any owners of improved property within the corporate limits violating the provisions of § 51.15 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be subject to a fine not exceeding $50 or imprisonment not exceeding 30 days, as provided by G.S. § 14-4.
(2) Provided, however, that each notification by the town and subsequent failure of the property owner to comply with the provisions herein, shall constitute a separate offense.
