§ 51.20 APPLICATION FOR SERVICE.

(A) Service will be supplied to those citizens requesting water service upon application made at the Town Hall and upon deposit as hereinbefore set forth.

(B) The town may reject any application for service when the applicant is delinquent in payment of any water or sewer bills incurred for service previously supplied at any location.
