§ 36.99  PENALTY.
   The violation of any provision of this chapter, or of any provision of any restriction imposed by any proclamation authorized by this chapter, shall constitute a misdemeanor, punishable upon conviction by a fine not exceeding $50 or imprisonment not exceeding 30 days, as provided by G.S. § 14-4.
