§ 36.02  FORM AND CONTENT OF PROCLAMATIONS.
   (A)   The proclamation for the declaration of a state of emergency and the imposition of specific prohibitions and restrictions shall take substantially the form set out in the appendix to this chapter.
   (B)   The proclamation should specify any one or more of the restrictions which are presented as options.
