§ 34.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Any violation of § 34.08 shall be a misdemeanor, and punishable by a fine of $50, or imprisonment in the common jail of the town for a period of 30 days or both.
