§ 33.16 OTHER DISCIPLINARY MEASURES.

The Chief of Police for minor infractions and violations of regulations or policy may reprimand in writing any police officer, suspend the pay of any officer, or cause the forfeiture of vacation or annual leave according to the gravity of the offense in the judgment of the Chief of Police.
