§ 33.15  FINAL RECOURSE.
   (A)   Should the police officer not be satisfied with the disposition of his or her complaint or request after a meeting with the Town Administrative Clerk-Treasurer and Chief of Police, he or she may then request a further meeting with the Chief of Police, Town Manager and the Mayor.
   (B)   (1)   The Manager at this meeting may take action as he or she deems necessary and his or her decision shall be final.
      (2)   Provided, however, that the Manager, if he or she deems it necessary and expedient may request consideration by the full Board.
