(A) Any officer who has been suspended, demoted or dismissed may make a written complaint to the Chief of Police and the Chief will respond to the written complaint within ten days from date of receipt.
(B) Should the police officer not be satisfied with the written response of the Chief, he or she may then request an audience with the Chief of Police and the Town Manager.
