§ 33.06  GENERAL DUTIES OF POLICE OFFICERS.
   The Police Department shall:
   (A)   Carry out all orders of the Board;
   (B)   Enforce all local, state and federal laws and ordinances of the town and state; and
   (C)   At all times preserve the peace and protect the property and the safety of the citizens of the town.
