§ 33.02  CHIEF OF POLICE; DUTIES.
   (A)   The Chief of Police is the executive head of the Police Department, and shall be directly responsible to the Manager.
   (B)   The Chief shall keep the Manager and/or Board informed of the Department's activities and make reports to the Board that may from time to time be required, and he or she shall perform the other duties as may be required by the Board or Manager.
