§ 32.36  MEMBERSHIP; OFFICERS.
   (A)   The Trustees shall consist of five members, and at no time shall there be sitting less than three, nor more than five members.
   (B)   The Trustees shall have as officers a Chairperson, a Secretary and a Treasurer.
