No person shall leave any vehicle, including, but not limited to, automobiles, trucks, boats, trailers, or campers at any place within the city fur such time and under the circumstances indicating an abandonment. A vehicle left upon a street or highway for seven consecutive days shall be presumed to be abandoned.
